    Good, bad or ugly? (It seems to be the best techs I have for a missile boat. My concerns are the torrents, and the extra concussive damage...Are they necessary?)

    if u gonna go sub hunting do it fast and fight hard, the torps wont fire enough, the chargers are too short range, not enough speed, this is what id do if i were u^

    What is this build for in the game?

    You know yuo dont build ships with armor right?

    You build ships to rank first

    Do you drive your ranking fleets or do you auto?


    So many questions, what is your best tech?

    Well, at first I wanted an uber missile boat. Then I thought of that design as a FvF sub-killer. I tried to get the ranges as close as possible for sub-hunting based on the hull's thermal imaging range. I looked at your configuration, arse, and I have thought of that as well (but I do not have speed upgrade). As for ranking fleets, I have not gotten that far in my return to this game. But it seems to me that armor or not, the ranking would progress the same. Each battle you get 10 XP per max, without damage. With damage you get an extra 10 Xp max (if they get destroyed.) So stay on the water for many battles and get a lot of XP per run, or dock them to repair, losing time they are out battling getting the XP...?

    its the over all armor that means its more points to each lvl.. this build will keep the speed i suggested, eng is available this raid pretty cheap

    Here is a story for you.......

    1. Just build hulls with 1 thud 1 and that will take up a month....
    2. Then take your time and find the perfect build for you.....
    3. Hull store raid is about to happen "April" there might be some weapons there
    4. It is better to slow build unless you are have money to burn
    5. I am not sure what all tech you have, but if you have the Z missile....Id go 2 Z missiles 2 Ls 3 anti morts <-----unless you drive them when ranking. I am lazy and dont.
    6. Make sure you put no armor on them


    I would use the hull to sling missiles, if it means waiting a little while to get the Z....that is what it is.....worst case scenario, you put strike Ls and rank them like that until you have get a good missile. That is my advice......Oh that build is pretty bad if we are being honest. I have built a lot of ship fleets and trying to save you from doing the same.

    The way the VXP system works is that you get 1 xp point for each 10% of your armor (health) points that you deal or receive in each battle.

    So adding armor increases the amount of damage your ship must deal in order to get the full 10 xp points per battle.

    Thanks all for advice. I have to finish 2 more JugX before I can think of starting another V2H hull...But I have to upgrade dock first. OMG I missed this time sink ahhaa.

    http://www.dahippo.com/bp/ship/#!70M...80U0ZZ0ZZ0ZZdA my fleet your choice of MC-3 or scrambler3, the arb is the rumrunner for doing dredges it's going in to be kitted like this as soon as my masts are done, hoping it helps outrun the fast ones during raid as well. it really needs a combat of 36 to work 100% right but was the best i could come up with, ramps the V2's up to 33 combat so firepools get left way behind.
