IRC has been turned off a little while .. heh not surprised nobody noticed.

This is a fancier shoutbox,  My preference is to keep the exisitng.  I like some of the features of that, but the flash interface and data hosted elsewhere bug me a bit too much.

If it could be hosted here, (including back-end data) I would probably go for it

Damn and i thought you was good at that too. Go to the site and try it out and find something you dont like or like about it man.

Anyways for me, I think it would be cool only as live chat.
The size can be changed of it also.
But all the same it has it's likes and dislikes thats for sure.
One thing is it takes almost a minute for it to show you disconnected to active users. As Mikey and i seen last night.
Looks cool, works good, it would not be worth it if not many used it on the site.
So really the only thing to do is vote on it and try it out, if it passes the vote.

Just looking at the stupid image of it is more then enough for me. 1) it's huge 2) it doesn't flow with the current style of the board and 3) it's hosted on another site. My own opinion?? I'm sorry others think the same shit about it as I do and happened to see/post how they felt before me.

MAYBE if you could get rid of all the goofy shit in it and customize the look of it more. Else fuck no. Looks stupid and childish

Haha nobody noticed... it defaulted my name to "LoverCakes" too .. .

Is there any way to force a login?  And it would be hard to keep strict with the forum nicknames.  People could pretend to be others from what I saw.

Also, umm, for our shout box, the nick is binded to what account you are on. Here you can make up your own nick. That might be a problem.

Well TNG you surprised me with this reply. I was waiting on 100% complete negativity.
But you did come up with your own opinion after i said something.
1. I agree it is huge, but it has size settings to adjust it.
2. I agree, it doesnt flow with the site, thats why it can have custom backgrounds added so it can flow with the site. But the other stuff cant be edited, sad to say.
3. Linosal's Opinion, we both agree on this. If it was hosted here it could be 100% controlled -edited yeah  :?. Unless im missing something lol.
It really doesnt matter to me if it gets a win or not. Just something people could have fun with.

But what does matter to me is how you treat people here sometimes, just from reading past posts and things.
However thats my opinion.
I didnt make this statement for you to take offense too btw, its just how I see you in the posts of DA.
Not everyone you meet is a noob you know.
You could be TNG, the nicer guy.
