eh .. i've been curious about this at work too,  they use certificate-based security for the enterprise wifi.. rather obnoxious since you cant export the info directly.

you must download wifiway 0.8 then... it cracks the key in less than 4 minutes (only WEP)

do you prefer that to Backtrack?  maybe you haven't used backtrack.  this is an old thread but I never did manage to crack the key at my school.  I think it's because I was using the network cards on the shitty laptops they have there, and I was too lazy to buy a supported USB adapter.  My interest is sparked though, and I might try downloading this or Backtrack v4 beta to see what I might be able to do before i leave for college.  heh

1. Get a linux distro that user friendly, such as Ubuntu

2. Make a 10 GB partition on your hard drive and boot up with the CD

3. Install the linux distribution on the 10 GB partiton

4. Get cracking software such as aircrack-ng and install it on the linux distro, or even compile it on your own machine

5. Follow aircrack's guide on their wiki and learn how to use it

6. One day at school run aircrack-ng and crack the wireless password

i have heard of backtrack but never used before. i hope it supports my ipw 3945 card like wifiway
